What information is displayed?

Your invoice information is displayed in three formats:
  • Summary Section
  • Monthly Invoice as a PDF file
  • Call Data Records as a CSV file
Summary Section

Each invoice will be summarised on the main screen showing the traffic period, the total number of calls recorded, the total number of minutes, the revenue and the VAT invoice value. This information will remain displayed on your Online Account for as long as your account is active.

Monthly Section

Each monthly invoice will be displayed as a PDF file and will look exactly the same as your paper invoice, showing all the summary reports and detailed call itemisation, with the added benefit that you are able to download this invoice to your PC, allowing you to create an electronic archive which can be emailed to colleagues. The PDF file is displayed for three months after the bill is issued and the summary information will be displayed for as long as your account is active.

Call Data Records

In addition to the PDF version of your invoice you also have the option to download CSV files, which hold all the call data records for the corresponding invoice.

This CSV file is presented as a self extracting zip file, which means you are able to download your call records quickly. When you click the notepad icon you have an option to either SAVE or OPEN the file.

If you choose OPEN the two CSV files (the summary file and the call data records file) will automatically be downloaded to your desktop. If you choose SAVE you will be prompted for the location you wish to save the file to. Once the location has been selected, the complete self extracting zip file will be downloaded. Then you simply go to the location to which you saved the file, double click on the file icon and your summary file and call data record file will be extracted to that same location. These files can then be imported into Call Manager.

By importing these call data records into Call Manager, our bespoke call analysis software package, you are able to scrutinise your monthly invoices and assess where any further savings could be made. Call Manager allows you to report on your call usage by selected numbers, destination, time of day, cost and much more. In line with our quality of service commitment, Call Manager is supplied free of charge to every customer and can be downloaded from this website. The CSV file is displayed for three months after the bill is issued and the summary information will be displayed for as long as your account is active.
